Dear Sir,
We were the recipients of your angelic service staff on Saturday 7-10-10. We had an accident that ripped the backend of our trailer off an thought our trip out west was ruined. Your staff took us in, evaluated our situation, repaired the damage all in a couple of hours and we are now on our way out west. They were courteous, friendly and wonderful. Hilltop rocks!

Yesterday, my wife Cheryl and I brought our 2010 Cougar 5th wheel for a roof sealant recall appointment for 12:30pm est to Hilltoprv in Escanaba.
I wanted to mention to you in a short message that the hospitality and concern for detail regarding my little problems in our new 5th wheel was the main reason why we purchased our 2nd camper from Hilltoprv in 4 years plus the service is also the reason that I share with my friends, relatives and neighbors about Hilltop in Escanaba.

Steve, my husband Gary and I have been watching your commercials on TV-6. Excellent! The "feelings" you portray of making family memories is so true! We have had our disagreements in the past but we love our new camper and it has made exceptional memories for us and our 7 grandchildren this summer. I feel safe. My grandchildren are "city kids" and to expose them to an entire other world like camping has given them a feeling of security and insight into a whole other world out there. Thank you!

We were just beginning a month long RV tour to Canada in mid-July when our propane alarm went off. We will be forever grateful that it happened only an hour from Hilltop RV.
Every single person was helpful, courteous and capable. You took us without an appointment and spent several hours repairing our rig. Not only that but the part needed to repair the leak was delivered to our campsite the next day.
This kind of personal skilled and caring services are rare in todays world. Thank you for ensuring that our trip was safe and if ever a referral is needed we would be more than happy to make it.

I wanted to let you know what a pleasant service experience we recently had at Hilltop RV. I especially want to thank Service Advisor Jennifer for all of her help. We began experiencing wiring problems with our unit on the way north on Sunday. We camped at the RV Park behind your dealership on Monday. I came over to see if there was a chance to get it looked at sometime Monday. Jennifer was very accommodating and was able to get the unit in and assigned a technician. With the help of Twin City Ford the problem was identified and the problem corrected.
From there we traveled to Duluth and while there experienced hot water heater problems. I phoned Jennifer and asked if we would be able to have Hilltop Service the water heater on our return trip through Ishpeming. Again she did her best and was very accommodating in getting our 5th wheel in and assigned it to service technician Jim. Jim quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the unit. We were on our way quickly.
Your dealership should feel very lucky to have such accommodating people working for you. Too many times in today' exist.

My name is Becky and I own a pop-up camper (2001 Coleman Utah) that I purchased from Van Boxtel in Green Bay.
Since I have purchased this camper I have been the most unsatisfied customer in the world. I have dealt with Van Boxtel the whole time trying to get some customer service out of them. They are truly terrible!
Recently I was having problems with my water pump in my camper. To no avail I called Van Boxtel. Same scenario, pardon my French, but customer service there sucks. I got furious with them and decided to call Hilltop RV to see if I couldn't find someone there that would help me. I did, her name is Tammy and she is the most helpful person in the world. She started off by calling Fleetwood for me to see if she could locate the part number for the water pump. That didn't work because they must have been really busy that day, she waited on hold for 40 minutes. Then she asked another employee of Hilltop Rv (Jerry) if all water pumps are standard in a pop up, he said "yes they are". She then mailed out what was thought to be the right pump. It wasn't. I called her the next day (talked with Jerry, Tammy was on vacation). Jerry left her a note to call me the next day and told her that it wasn't the right one so she called Fleetwood back again. She got the part number and mailed it out to me right away.
Customer service through Hilltop RV is wonderful. You have the most helpful employees around, please don't let them leave you.
If in the future I plan to trade this camper in and upgrade, you can bet that I will be coming up to Escanaba to do business with you.

As I guess you know, the battery trade went very well after the guy from Herrild's talked to you. Thank you so much for saving me a trip to Escanaba. What a great solution. I came home and put the battery in and the jack light was very bright like it should be. I haven't been out to check things out this morning, but I think that's the end of the problem.
Oh, yeah, the propane detector has not been screaming at us either, so presumably we're fixed.
Big thanks once again. I know it's your job, but it makes me feel like we bought our trailer at the right place too.

Last fall my neighbor asked me where we purchased our Coachman camper from and I stated Hilltop RV in Escanaba, He then asked me why not local and I informed him that the service department at Hilltop RV was the most recommended in the UP and Northern Wisconsin. Our neighbors then purchased a nice 31 foot 5th wheel last fall on closeout at Hilltop RV.
This spring another couple that we know from purchased a new trailer/camper from Hilltop RV based on my recommendation as to the BEST service in the UP.
After purchasing our Coachmen in May of 2007, we needed servicing in June for a rubber replacement strip to prevent water from entering the camper so I scheduled an appointment and while camping in Gladstone I had the camper repaired to my satisfaction and we went on our way back home to Kingsford to enjoy a summer of fun and NO rain in the camper because of the service department.
Last month, I noticed that the tires were cracking or splitting so I called Denise at Hilltop RV and she immediately requested that I send digital pictures of the tires and a short letter with the applicable tire information. After receipt of my e-mail dated April 26, 2008, Denise proceeded to request an authorization to replace these four Nanco tires and then called me the following week stating that the NEW replacement tires were being shipped on April 29, 2008 and that we should receive them with 3-5 business days.
The tires were received on Tuesday, May 6 and I had them mounted, balanced and installed on Wednesday, May 7.
A recall tag number was requested and the old tires will be shipped this week from Bubloni Collision Center in Iron Mountain.
I just wanted to thank Denise for the expert job in taking care of a customer in a highly efficient manner.
Similar to what I have informed other potential buyers of campers in our area, Hilltop RV is still the number#1 dealer in the UP and northern Wisconsin.

Your internet web site is one of the reasons we chose Hilltop. We are about an hour away and we were able to do a lot of research on your site before we made the trip to talk with you. Cory was great at getting back to us with ideas, ballpark prices and trade in values which helped us narrow our search.
