Orientation & Service
Hilltop RV Superstore will provide a complete introduction to your motorhome. The introduction will include mechanical features of both the chassis and the interior of the vehicle. We will also provide you with an instruction manual so you feel completely comfortable with your motorhome right from the start.

Reservations & Payments
Early reservations are very important due to the great demand for the summer season. Reservations require a credit card deposit equal to 50% of the damage deposit. When the unit is picked up, the remaining 50% of the damage deposit is collected. Charges which may be deducted from the damage deposit are interior/exterior damages, loss of equipment, refueling of gasoline and propane tanks, additional mileage, additional sales tax, additional generator hours, holding tank dump charge and/or interior/exterior cleaning charge. The amount of the damage deposit is listed with each type of rental unit.

All charges are estimated and due in full at time of pick-up.  Actual charges will be determined and overpayment will be refunded with the damage deposit, extra charges will be deducted from damage deposit, extra charges will be deducted from damage deposit and the balance will then be returned to the customer.  Refunds will be issued within five business days of return.  There are no refunds for early returns.

Cancellations
From the date of reservation, the first 25% is non-refundable. 50% of the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs 15 to 30 days prior to the rental and 100% of the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the rental. No-shows will forfeit all monies collected.

Other Potential Charges
• Gas and propane tanks will be full when the unit is picked up. They are due back full.  You will be charged current Hilltop prices if Hilltop needs to fill these tanks when the unit is returned.
 
• The holding tanks are empty upon departure. If we need to dump the tanks upon return, you will be charged $75.00.
 
• The units are cleaned inside and outside after every rental. They are due back in respectable condition, or there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00.
 
• Renters will be charged actual cost of repair for any damages to the unit's interior or exterior.
 
• Charges in excess of the money collected upon departure will be deducted from the $500.00 damage deposit with any balance being returned to the renter.
 

Pickup, Return & Collision Damage Waiver
Pickup time should be scheduled as close as possible. Units must be picked up by 4:00 PM. There will be no pickups or returns on Sundays or Holidays. Drop offs are acceptable.  All rentals must be returned by 11:00 a.m. on the date specified for return.  Units returned late will be charged for the extra day(s).
