• Gas and propane tanks will be full when the unit is picked up. They are due back full.
You will be charged current Hilltop prices if Hilltop needs to fill these tanks when the unit is returned.

 

• The holding tanks are empty upon departure. If we need to dump the tanks upon return,
you will be charged $75.00.

 

• The units are cleaned inside and outside after every rental. They are due back in respectable
condition, or there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $50.00.

 

• Renters will be charged actual cost of repair for any damages to the unit's interior or exterior.

 

• Charges in excess of the money collected upon departure will be deducted from the $500.00
damage deposit with any balance being returned to the renter.
